— Our Legal Juggernaut —
Private, opt-in, and legal-first from the ground up — built to protect every dealer on every route, under every flag.
The Problem We All Share
A customer disappears on one dealer, then just moves to the next truck and does it again. Every dealer fights the same unpaid accounts alone. We all lose money and time dealing with the same problem customers — and nobody talks to each other about it.
That ends with Phase Two.
What Phase Two Is
The Connected Dealer Skip Database is a private, opt-in network for tool dealers. When a known problem customer shows up on your route, you know about it before you extend credit. Not after.
Every flag is voluntary. Every dealer controls their own data. The network stays private — this is never a public database and it never will be.
Matco, Snap-on, Mac, Cornwell, independents — all flags welcome. The problem doesn't care what truck you drive. Neither does the solution.
The Real Benefit
Instead of chasing one unpaid account at a time, you get early warning when a known skip customer shows up on your route or is already active. You decide what to do — tighter terms, cash only, or walk away.
Over time this becomes massive leverage for the entire tool dealer community.
Why it isn't live yet
Phase Two has to be right, not fast. We are not cutting corners. We are not flipping a switch and hoping nobody notices. We are building a legal fortress around this thing before a single dealer goes live on it.
A private, cross-dealer network like this will mean storing sensitive data — driver's license numbers, Social Security numbers, and other information you already have the legal right to collect on your own customers. It's kept under lock and key regardless of whether a dealer opts into the network.
Matching happens on real identifiers — phone number, email, the things that actually tie a person together, since a name alone isn't enough to go on (there could be six thousand John Smiths out there).
Anything past that is a real conversation between two dealers, through our own internal messaging tool — built and owned by WrenchCash — never an automatic share across the network.
This is why Phase One comes first. Getting Phase Two's legal side built right — permissible use, a real dispute process, a compliance framework that holds up if it's ever challenged — takes real money, and that money comes from Phase One actually running. We're not skipping that step and we're not rushing it.
Phase Two only turns on after it is 100% safe, legal, private, and bulletproof. Not before. Period.
Phase Two Pricing
Our target is under $75/month. We're not throwing a number at you until we know it's right, fair, and one we can stand behind. What we can promise — flat rate, no surprises, and worth every penny compared to what one skip costs you.
Wren's pricing is locked and live in Phase One — this one's still TBD because it's waiting on real legal review, not because we're stalling.
Where We Stand
WrenchCash isn't a collections agency — every dealer stays the sole creditor on their own accounts, always. Original creditors collecting their own debt in their own name are exempt from federal debt-collection law, and that's exactly the box we stay in.
The Connected Dealer Skip Database isn't a public credit score or a formal report — it's a private, opt-in, dealer-to-dealer heads-up, with a real human approval step before any actual detail ever gets shared.
Phase Two means holding real, sensitive data — Social Security numbers and driver's license numbers, and more than 20 states have real laws governing exactly how that information can be stored and transmitted. California's own privacy law puts SSNs and driver's licenses in their own elevated legal category, above ordinary personal information.
If we're ever asked to prove it, we don't have to explain a policy — we can pull the actual log.
Same infrastructure covered in Phase One — the one trusted with Capital One's banking data and the Department of Defense's classified workloads. Here, it's not just credibility — it's the technical groundwork the Legal Juggernaut gets built on, once revenue from Phase One lets us afford the additional legal counsel and team it will take to build this properly.
Phase Two doesn't open to everyone at once. Charter members from Phase One get priority access, first look at pricing, and a seat at the table to help shape the final rules. Pre-registration is free. No commitment. Just get your name in.
