Overview

These Terms of Service cover wrenchcash.io, the free demo, and the WrenchCash platform run by WrenchCash LLC, a Wyoming company. By signing up for the demo or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms.

Paying dealers also agree to the Dealer Agreement, which covers fees, billing, the free trial, refunds, cancellation, liability and disputes. If these Terms and the Dealer Agreement ever disagree, the Dealer Agreement wins for paying dealers.

Plain version: we built this to help tool dealers run their route smarter. We're here to help you — not to own your business, hold your money, or lock you into anything you don't want.

1. What WrenchCash Does

WrenchCash is software for mobile tool dealers. It includes:

• Wren, an optional AI voice agent that answers the calls you miss or decline, looks up a caller's account by phone number from the files you upload, helps set up payments, and texts you what happened
• A dealer dashboard: customers, unpaid accounts, inventory, Birthday Club, Skip Center, AR Center, Compliance Center and uploads
• Texts to your customers who have consented, sent from your own business number
• Call logs, recordings, transcripts and summaries, delivered to you

WrenchCash is a tool you use, the same way you use bookkeeping software. You remain the business owner, the creditor and the only party responsible for your customer relationships, at all times. No account is ever assigned to WrenchCash. WrenchCash is never a debt collector, third-party servicer or creditor of any kind, and payments from your customers go to your own Stripe account. WrenchCash never holds them.

2. AI Call Handling

Every call rings your phone first. Calls you miss or decline are forwarded to your Wren number (conditional forwarding), where she answers. She speaks as your business, never as WrenchCash, and uses only the customer data you upload.

Calls Wren answers are recorded and transcribed so you can review them in your portal. You're responsible for using the platform in a way that fits the laws where you and your customers are.

3. Text Messages

The platform texts your customers only on your behalf and only in your business's name:

• Texts to your customers go from your own business number once your carrier registration is approved
• A customer must have consent on file before a reminder text goes out — given on a call, on your Birthday Club page, or recorded by you from a signed receipt
• Reminder texts are held until 8am in the customer's time zone if sent late
• Reply STOP (or a plain request to stop) opts a number out right away and puts it on your Do Not Contact list. Reply HELP for help
• Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply

WrenchCash also texts you, the dealer, about your own account (codes, approvals, call summaries, billing). You agreed to those texts at signup and can reply STOP at any time. See our SMS Terms.

The platform gives you these guardrails; you're responsible for how you use them and for following the rules on automated calls and texts that apply to your business.

4. Prices and the Free Trial

Current prices are published on our Pricing page. In short:

• Ignition Package: the dashboard and platform, billed monthly, plus a one-time build fee that covers your full setup (your number, carrier registration and Wren's wiring), whether or not you add Wren
• Charter pricing goes to the first 100 dealers who sign up and pay
• Wren (Top Fuel / Nitro plans) is optional and billed separately. Every truck gets a free trial of 250 Wren minutes or 30 days, whichever comes first, starting when its number goes live. When Wren is off or out of minutes, calls ring your phone

Billing is handled by Stripe. Prices can change with notice, as described in the Dealer Agreement. A discount or promotion code changes your price only as stated in that code's terms.

5. The Free Demo

The demo is free, needs no card, and runs on sample data, not real customers. Texts from the demo only go to your own phone. Demo accounts and their sample data may be removed after a period of inactivity.

6. Your Data

You own your data. Files you upload stay yours. WrenchCash does not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than running the platform for you.

Route, unpaid customer and inventory files are kept one active version at a time; once a newer upload replaces an older one, the old file is archived and deleted after 45 days. Other account data, such as consent records, call recordings and history, is kept while your account is active. When you cancel, ask us and we'll delete your data, except records we have to keep by law (such as billing records and opt-out records). See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WrenchCash to:

• Contact customers who have opted out, or who haven't consented
• Misrepresent yourself, your business, or any balance
• Break any federal or state law, including the laws on automated calls and texts and on debt collection
• Upload data you don't have the right to use

WrenchCash may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

WrenchCash provides tools to help dealers run their business. We are not responsible for business outcomes, payment results or customer disputes. The platform is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. For paying dealers, the full limits (including the cap on liability) are in the Dealer Agreement.

9. Disputes

If something goes wrong, tell us first and we'll try to work it out together for 30 days. If that doesn't settle it, disputes go to the courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, under Wyoming law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If we make material changes, we'll email active dealers before they take effect. Continued use after that notice means you accept the changes.
