WrenchCash LLC ("WrenchCash," "we," "us") operates wrenchcash.io and provides an AI-powered platform for mobile tool dealers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

We built this platform from the dealer's perspective. That means we collect only what we need, we don't sell your data to anyone, and we're straight with you about how everything works.

2. How We Use It

Dealer signup and survey data is used to manage pre-registration, communicate Charter and BETA membership details, and understand what dealers need before launch. We do not use it for advertising or resell it to third parties.

Customer data you upload is used exclusively to power Wren's call handling on your behalf — balance lookups, payment reminders, account management. We are never the creditor. You remain the business and sole owner of those customer relationships at all times.

Call logs and AI summaries are sent to you (the dealer) via email so you know what happened on every call your AI agent handled.

3. SMS Messaging

SMS Opt-In: Dealers opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the consent checkbox on our signup form at wrenchcash.io/signup.html. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

SMS messages sent through the WrenchCash platform may include: call activity summaries, account notifications, payment reminders, and service updates.

Your customers' SMS consent is captured and recorded by Wren during calls or via your signup flow. We maintain consent records with timestamps. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message sent from your number.

SMS infrastructure is provided by Twilio. Message routing complies with TCPA and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.

4. AI Call Handling

Calls to your WrenchCash-powered number are answered by Wren, an AI voice agent. Wren identifies herself as AI at the start of every call — this is not optional and is not configurable. She operates as an extension of your dealership, not as a WrenchCash representative.

Call data — including caller phone number, call duration, and an AI-generated summary — is logged and sent to the dealer via email after each call. Call summaries are generated using Vapi's structured output system and stored temporarily in AWS infrastructure.

5. Data Storage & Infrastructure

WrenchCash uses the following infrastructure to store and process data:

All data is stored in the United States. AWS infrastructure uses encryption at rest and in transit.

6. Data Retention

Customer records uploaded by dealers are automatically deleted after 45 days unless you request otherwise. You can request deletion of your data or your customers' data at any time by contacting us.

Call logs and summaries are retained for the duration of your active subscription and deleted within 30 days of account cancellation.

Pre-launch signup and survey data is retained for the purpose of managing Charter and BETA membership. You can request removal at any time.
