WrenchCash Account Alerts

This page covers the texts WrenchCash sends to you, the dealer, about your own account. You agree to them with the text box on the signup page. Account texts are part of how the service works, so agreeing is part of signing up.

Texts to your customers are a separate thing. They go out in your business's name, from your own number, under your own shop page's texting terms. WrenchCash never texts your customers as WrenchCash.

What We Text You

Sign-up and sign-in codes
Your approval and setup steps, including your texting registration status
What Wren handled: call summaries, messages she took, and customers ready for you to run a card
Billing and minutes: receipts, failed payments, low-minute and trial notices
Service notices: changes, outages and anything you need to act on

We don't send you ads for other companies.

How Often

Message frequency varies. Most of it follows your own call volume: a busy day on the truck means more call summaries. Msg & data rates may apply.

Stop, Start and Help

Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop them. We'll send one text to confirm, then nothing more.
Reply START to turn them back on.
Reply HELP for help, or email info@wrenchcash.io.

Stopping texts doesn't close your account. Your call summaries and messages are still in your Dealer Portal; you just won't get them by text.

Your Number Stays Private

We never sell your mobile number. We don't share your number or your text opt-in with anyone else for their marketing. The companies that deliver our texts use your number only to deliver them. More in our Privacy Policy.

The Fine Print

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Texts work on the major US carriers.
